Refund & Returns Policy

TEEPNG sells digital design files. No physical product is shipped for products identified as digital downloads.

At a glance

Physical returns: Not applicable to digital downloads because no physical item is shipped.
Change-of-mind requests: Contact us before the file is delivered or made available. After delivery or access, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable except where required by law.
File or delivery issues: Contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Return shipping and restocking fees: None for digital purchases.
Approved refund timing: We normally submit approved refunds within 2 business days; banks and payment providers may take approximately 5–10 business days to post funds.

Returns

We do not accept physical returns for digital products because there is no physical item to send back. There are no return-shipping fees or restocking fees for digital purchases.

Change-of-mind cancellations and refunds

If you change your mind before a digital file has been delivered or made available for download, contact us as soon as possible and we will review whether the order can still be cancelled. Once a digital file has been delivered or accessed, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available, except where required by applicable law.

Eligible delivery or file issues

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if the purchased file is inaccessible or corrupted, the wrong file was delivered, the delivered file is materially different from the listing, you were charged for an accidental duplicate purchase of the same product, or applicable law gives you a right to a refund or other remedy.

How to request help or a refund

Email teepngcom@gmail.com or use our Contact page. Include your order number, product name, the email address used for the order, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots or error messages can help us diagnose technical delivery problems.

We aim to respond to support requests within 2 business days.

Resolution and refund timing

For a verified delivery or file issue, we may first provide corrected access, a replacement file, or another appropriate remedy. If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, or a refund is otherwise required, an approved refund will be returned to the original payment method. TEEPNG normally submits approved refunds within 2 business days after approval; banks and payment providers may take approximately 5–10 business days to post the funds.

Compatibility and production results

Buyers are responsible for reviewing the stated file format, canvas dimensions, transparency status, and production notes before purchase. Differences caused by software settings, monitors, printers, inks, substrates, transfer methods, cutting equipment, or other production variables do not by themselves mean the digital file is defective.
