Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026

TEEPNG sells digital design files. Products identified as digital downloads are delivered electronically; no physical item is shipped.

At a glance

Shipping: No physical shipping applies to digital-download products.
Delivery: Download access is provided electronically after successful payment confirmation.
Shipping and handling fees: None for digital-download products.
Typical timing: Access is normally available within minutes; contact us if a paid order still has no download access after 30 minutes.

Digital delivery method

After payment is successfully confirmed, download access is provided through the digital-delivery experience associated with your Shopify order. For normal paid orders, access is expected to become available shortly after payment confirmation, typically within minutes.

Delivery timing

Most paid digital orders should receive access within a few minutes. Payment review, payment authorization, technical outages, or email-delivery delays can occasionally delay access. If a paid order still does not provide download access within 30 minutes, please contact us so we can investigate.

No physical shipping

Digital-download products do not have a carrier, shipping label, parcel-tracking number, or physical delivery destination. TEEPNG does not charge physical shipping or handling fees for digital-download products.

Before purchase

Review the individual product page for the exact included files, file format, dimensions, transparency status, license information, and any production notes. Product-specific information controls over general examples elsewhere on the site.

Delivery problems

If a purchased file is inaccessible, corrupted, materially different from the listing, or the wrong file was delivered, email teepngcom@gmail.com or use our Contact page. Include your order number and product name when available. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
