These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of the TEEPNG online store and digital products. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the applicable product listing, Refund & Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, and license terms.

Products and store scope

TEEPNG offers digital design files. Product pages identify the relevant file format, dimensions, included files, transparency status, price, and production notes. Products identified as digital downloads do not include a physical item.

Prices, payments, and taxes

Store prices are displayed in the currency shown on the product page and checkout. The current U.S. storefront is configured in USD. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated or disclosed through checkout. An order is not complete until payment is successfully authorized or otherwise accepted by the checkout provider.

Order acceptance

We may cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary to address payment failure, suspected fraud, abuse, technical error, duplicate processing, legal restrictions, or a product that cannot be delivered as described. If we cancel a paid order, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment confirmation. Delivery details and troubleshooting are described in our Digital Delivery Policy.

License and intellectual property

Purchasing a digital file does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork. Your permitted use is governed by the TEEPNG Standard License or any product-specific license identified at purchase. If a product listing and the full license conflict, the full applicable license controls.

Prohibited use

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, upload, or make the source digital file available to third parties except as expressly allowed by the applicable license. You may not claim the supplied artwork itself as your exclusive original artwork, trademark, or logo unless TEEPNG expressly grants that right in writing.

Product information and compatibility

TEEPNG aims to describe products accurately. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the listed file specifications and confirming compatibility with their software, equipment, substrate, transfer method, and production workflow before use. Colors and finished production results can vary because of monitors, printers, inks, substrates, transfer processes, and other factors outside the digital file itself.

Refunds and cancellations

Returns, refunds, delivery defects, accidental duplicate purchases, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable law.

Third-party services

The store uses Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, customer-support, and digital-delivery services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Website availability

We may maintain, update, or temporarily suspend parts of the store when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every feature will be continuously available without interruption, but we will address verified paid-order delivery issues in accordance with our published policies.

Liability and non-waivable rights

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TEEPNG is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from a buyer's software, equipment, production process, or unauthorized use of a digital file. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to TEEPNG's business location in Florida, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
